The Dallas/Fort Worth Division of Workman Commercial has provided full-service construction management and contracting in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2002. Based in Arlington, near Texas Stadium and Six Flags over Texas, Workman's newest office brings together a talented team of well-qualified project managers and superintendents who are dedicated to serving a variety of clients and diverse ventures. Recent projects include high schools, public libraries, recreational facilities, an exclusive daycare facility, a justice center, and several Walgreens. Our Dallas office has extensive experience with Owners and Architects in meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
David Dawson - Estimator, Workman Commercial DFW Division

David is the Estimator for Workman Commercial's DFW Division Office. His 11 years of professional experience includes extensive experience with CM, Negotiated, Hard Bid, and Design Build Project Delivery Systems. He is responsible for all aspects of Workman's estimating activities in DFW and the surrounding areas.

David studied Architecture at Texas Tech University, and received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas A&M Commerce. He has 11 years of commercial estimating experience and has also worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent, bringing valuable field experience into the preconstruction phase.
