DFW FEATURED PROJECTS
As the newest division of Workman Commercial, the Dallas/Fort Worth Division has undertaken projects of all sizes in a variety of areas. We are pleased to present the following featured projects:
City of Saginaw - Pool & Themed Water Park
Workman Commercial partnered with Saginaw's local city government to
create a train-themed community waterpark. In addition
to the Olympic-sized pool, slides and associated facilities
were also incorporated.
Créme de la Créme Child Development Centers
Workman Commercial's relationship with the upscale "Créme de la Créme" Child
Development Centers has resulted in exquisite facilities for
discriminating parents. The centers feature upscale interior
finishes, computer rooms, outdoor play facilities, and
themed play
areas.
Additionally, providing a safe place for children
was of utmost importance.
Capital One Retail Banking Center - Plano
Workman has completed over 20 branch banking locations
for Capital One in various cities around the Lone Star
State, including this new contemporary design in Plano.
Boswell High School - Dance & Cheer Center
This high school Dance & Cheer Center provides a bright, airy place for the
students of Boswell to explore physical activities. The multi-purpose
gymnasium features hardwood flooring installed to exacting standards.
Irving Valley Ranch Library
Workman Commercial worked closely with the City of Irving
to construct a new city Library that serves to delight visitors,
young and old alike. With many fun finishes in the children's
areas, including a large interactive pirate ship, this library
provides a creative place for the children of Irving to learn. 
Oak Grove Ballpark
Workman Commercial has strong experience with the construction of public
recreation facilities. This recently-completed sports complex
showcases Workman's expertise in this area.
Crowley Justice Center
Workman Commercial has completed several legal facilities across Texas,
including juvenile facilities and courthouse buildings.
The Crowley Justice Center is a detention facility that
ensures the safety of both prisoners and law enforcement
personnel.
Walgreens - Rockwall
Workman Commercial is a trusted partner with Walgreens, and has completed
over 80 Walgreens retail locations across the state of Texas,
including a new Walgreens location in Rockwall. (Representative

North Richland Hills - "The Accelerator" Water

This new aquatic facility in Richland Hills drew from Workman Commercial's
experience in creating recreational facilities for municipalities.
