Clayton Library & Historic Home Restoration
Houston Division
The Clayton Library & Historic Home in downtown Houston, is a designated
Historic Texas Landmark and the fourth-largest geneology
library in the country. The renovation has required restoration
of the foundation and
structural clay tile walls, and also mold remediation
and lead paint abatement. Upon completion, this library will
have
"LEED
Silver Certification."
Crowley Justice Center, City of Crowley
DFW Division
This new justice facility for the City of Crowley puts emphasis on safety
and security of prisoners and police personnel.
Texas A&M University, Langford Architecture Renovation
Houston Division
Workman Commercial added a covered walkway and performed renovations to the
existing Langford Architecture building at Texas A&M University
in College Station.
All work was performed with minimal
interference while classes were still in session.
Irving Valley Ranch Library, City of Irving
DFW Division
Workman Commercial partnered with the City of Irving to build this innovative
library. It features colorful finishes and specialty construction
such as an interactive pirate ship play area.
Williamson County Justice Center
Austin Division
Workman Commercial has experience with Adult and Juvenile Justice Facilities
in the central Texas region.
Williamson County Park
Austin Division
This large park facility in Williamson County features sports facilities
and parks.
