The Clayton Library & Historic Home in downtown Houston, is a designated Historic Texas Landmark and the fourth-largest geneology library in the country. The renovation has required restoration of the foundation and structural clay tile walls, and also mold remediation and lead paint abatement. Upon completion, this library will have "LEED Silver Certification."

This new justice facility for the City of Crowley puts emphasis on safety and security of prisoners and police personnel.

Workman Commercial added a covered walkway and performed renovations to the existing Langford Architecture building at Texas A&M University in College Station. All work was performed with minimal interference while classes were still in session.
