HOUSTON FEATURED PROJECTS
The Houston Division has undertaken projects of all sizes in a variety of areas. Many of the projects that have been undertaken are from repeat Workman clients. We are pleased to present the following featured projects:
Clayton Historic Home & Geneological Library
The Clayton Library & Historic Home in downtown Houston, is a designated
Historic Texas Landmark and the fourth-largest geneology
library in the country. The renovation has required restoration
of the foundation and structural clay tile walls, and also
mold remediation and lead paint abatement. Upon completion,
this library will have been brought up to current "green"
building standards and been awarded "LEED
Silver Certification."
Walgreen's - Holcombe
Workman Commercial has partnered with Walgreen's to build over 70 retail
locations. This relationship has allowed us to become
"experts" in the management of
multiple-location retail construction, which results in economies
of scale for the client.
Capital One Bank - Stuebner Airline
Workman commercial has also worked extensively with Capital One, building neighborhood
banking centers in the Houston area. This particular location is on Stuebner
Airline.
Woodlands Industrial Park
This industrial park is located north of Houston in the Woodlands.
Petsmart
Workman Commercial has utilized its expertise in constructing tilt-wall large
retail with these locations of Petsmart. 
Mid-South Bank - College Station
This location of Mid-South Bank in College Station was handled through our
Houston office.
It features high-end finishes and attention to detail for this
local bank.
Whole Foods Bakehouse
Workman Commercial has a strong relationship with Whole Foods Market in the Houston
and Austin markets. This new bakehouse serves the needs of Whole Foods stores
in the region.
